The Board of Directors Raymond Ltd has approved a proposal to change the name of the company to Raymond Aerospace, Defence & Engineering Ltd. 

RailTel Corporation of India Ltd has received the Letter of Intent (LoI) from Munitions India Ltd for Rs 20.04 crore. The order is for setting up DC & DR Center on IaaS platform for Q-Shakti (QA4.0) project for 6 years, extendable by 3 years, to support MIL across 13 locations.

KEC International Ltd., a global infrastructure EPC major, an RPG Group Company, has secured prestigious turnkey orders of Rs. 2,872 crore in its Transmission & Distribution (T&D) business for Design, Supply and Installation of 765 kV Transmission Lines from Power Grid Corporation of India Limited (PGCIL). With these wins, our YTD order intake has crossed Rs. 13,500 crores, including ~Rs. 9,500 crores from the T&D business.”

Honasa Consumer Limited, one of India’s leading beauty and personal care companies, has announced the elevation of Vipul Maheshwari to Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO). He will lead the company’s product, technology, engineering and analytics functions, with a mandate to advance its AI-led transformation and agentic AI vision.

Transworld Shipping Lines Ltd has announced regarding the execution of a Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) for the acquisition of two container vessels. The MoA has been executed between Transworld Sea-Connect IFSC Pvt Ltd, a wholly owned subsidiary of Transworld Shipping Lines Ltd, and Orient Express Lines Inc., Panama. Under the terms of the agreement, the subsidiary will purchase two vessels, namely “OEL Surya” and “OEL Varun”. The purchase consideration for the vessel “OEL Surya” is $22,030,000, while the purchase consideration for the vessel “OEL Varun” is $20,750,000.

Ramky Infrastructure Ltd has announced the execution of a significant contract agreement with Rail Vikas Nigam Ltd (RVNL). The total contract price for this domestic project is approximately Rs 588.57 crore, inclusive of GST. In terms of project execution timeline, the construction period is stipulated within 30 months from the Appointed Date, followed by a defect liability period of 12 months from the date of completion of work. The signed contract entails the construction of residential towers, a shopping complex, and associated infrastructure works in the existing NMDC Township located in Bacheli, Chhattisgarh. 

B.L. Kashyap and Sons has secured a major new work order valued at ₹495.86 crore, excluding Goods and Services Tax (GST) from Signature Global (India) Limited, a prominent domestic entity in the real estate sector. The contract encompasses Civil Structure and Part Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works for four towers and basements, along with residential and commercial ancillary buildings. Under the significant terms and conditions of the awarded contract, the project is scheduled to be executed within an approximate timeframe of 40 months from the date of site handover. 

The United States Food and Drug Administration (USFDA) has conducted an unannounced inspection on Current Good Manufacturing Practice (cGMP) at Gland Pharma Limited’s Formulation Facility at Dundigal between October 12, 2026 and October 23, 2026. The said inspection was concluded with four (4) Form 483 Observations. These observations are procedural in nature. The corrective and preventive actions for these observations will be submitted to the USFDA within the stipulated period. The observations issued are neither repeated observations nor related to data integrity. 

Lupin Ltd has said that the United States Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) has concluded a detailed regulatory inspection at its manufacturing facility situated in Goa, India and issued a Form-483 containing a single observation. Lupin has confirmed that it will address the observation and submit a comprehensive response to the U.S. FDA within the stipulated timeframe.

Orchid Pharma Ltd and Libra (Libra) have signed a licensing and supply agreement covering Exblifep (cefepime/enrnetazobactam) across nine Latin American markets. Exblifep is a novel antibiotic combination indicated for complicated urinary tract infections (cUTI) and hospital-acquired and ventilator-associated bacterial pneumonia (HAP/VAP) caused by Gram-negative pathogens. Commercialisation in each market is subject to approval by the relevant national regulatory authority.

Melstar Information Technologies Ltd has announced that its wholly owned subsidiary, Melstarr Aviations Tech Private Limited (MATPL), signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Andhra Pradesh Economic Development Board (APEDB), Government of Andhra Pradesh, to facilitate an establishment of a state-of-the-art Maintenance Training Organization at Orvakal in the Kurnool District of Andhra Pradesh. The proposed project envisages a total capital investment of approximately ₹20 crore by Melstarr Aviations Tech Private Ltd, requiring a land area of 5 acres. The setting up of this facility is anticipated to generate roughly 25 direct employment opportunities alongside 25 indirect employment opportunities in auxiliary industries across the region.
